What is BBLI?
The Baltic Business Leadership Index (BBLI) is an independent initiative by Baltic Business Forum dedicated to identifying, researching and recognising the business leaders creating lasting impact across Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia.
Through structured research, leadership conversations and a transparent methodology, BBLI aims to promote excellence in leadership, innovation and sustainable business growth.

As part of BBLI, we conduct exclusive 20-minute Leadership Conversations with founders, CEOs, investors and senior executives from across the Baltics.

How BBLI Works
Candidate Identification
Business leaders are identified through public research across Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia.
Research
Each candidate is analysed using publicly available information, including company development, innovation, international expansion and leadership achievements.
Leadership Conversations
Selected leaders are invited to participate in a short conversation sharing their experience, leadership philosophy and perspectives on the future of business.
Participation in a Leadership Conversation does not influence inclusion in the BBLI Index.
Independent Review
The research is reviewed by an independent panel of experienced professionals representing all three Baltic States.
The Index
The annual Baltic Business Leadership Index is published by Baltic Business Forum.
